You will receive 5 lbs. of Raw Cracklins. Our Raw Cracklins are made of pork skin, pork meat and pork fat. We cut them, ready to cook. There will be shrinkage when cooking them. We sell our Raw Cracklins in a 5 lb., 10 lb. and 20 lb. orders.
