T-Boy’s Red Beans and Rice Combo Sampler


Included are 1 pack of each of the following: Smoked Pork Tasso, Smoked Pork Sausage, Smoked Bacon, Smoked Pork Ham Hocks and Smoked Pork Ribs. The sizes are all approx. 1.25 lbs. each. Only the smoked meats are included in this Combo Sampler.

Product Description

Directions on cooking T-Boy’s Red Beans and Rice:
Coat the bottom of the pot with a thin layer of oil.  Heat oil; then add all meat and brown to desired darkness.  Add all onions and garlic, and saute’ until onions are clear.  Fill the pot with water, and add the bags of dry pre-soaked red beans. (Soak red beans overnight in plenty of water). Add T-Boy’s Garlic Seasoning, T-Boy’s Spicy Garlic Sauce, and T-Boy’s Worcestershire Sauce. Stir until mixed well.  Bring to a hard boil; then simmer until beans are tender.  Serve over hot rice, and enjoy a great Cajun meal!
